This is an unmissable hidden achievement granted after completing the main story mission The Cold, Broken Road. After passing through the mine in Blackrock Foothills and arriving at the Suzuki Radio Telescope, the player will walk inside and finally speak to Atwood in her office, delivering the message "Wintermute" and unlocking the achievement after the cutscene ends.
