Overview
Draft Dodger's Cabin is located west of a river and east of Skeeter's Ridge and Burned Ridge Cave.
Although there are few supplies inside, some of the furniture can be harvested for cloth and reclaimed wood. Reishi Mushroom and rose hips, as well as rabbits, may be found around the cabin.
As the name suggests, the isolated cabin is one of the few indoor shelters in the immediate area. It may also suggest this cabin was once used to by someone to avoid a military draft. During the Vietnam War, Canada was a popular refuge for conscripted servicemen avoiding the draft, which may have inspired the location. Inside, a forgotten food or drink item might also be found tucked into a corner, and a warm bed sits against one wall. While the amenities are simple, they can be life-saving in harder difficulties.
