</infobox> Dehydrated is a unique Affliction in The Long Dark only encountered in Wintermute during the missions Fallen Star and Coming Storm in Episode 3: Crossroads Elegy.
Overview
Dehydrated can affect the Crash Survivors Gwen, Ada, Logan, and Wade.
- If their hydration levels hit 0, they will take Condition damage until they die, thus failing the game and sending the player back to a previous checkpoint.
Treatment
Simply giving the necessary amount of potable water to a carried survivor will cure the Affliction.
