The Basement is located under one of the destroyed buildings in Old Settlement, and can only be accessed through the Last Horizon Tale.
There is a Bed, a Washer and Dryer, food, water, and materials. 4 unique Cans can be harvested for a Recycled Can each.
2 collectibles can be found near the bed to continue the Last Horizon Tale.
The area above consists of several ruined buildings and one intact two story cabin. The area around the settlement is patrolled by several large packs of Timberwolves, making coming and going very difficult.
Despite being underground, the basement does not protect against Glimmer Fog and Insomnia Risk.
