meh/10, simply dont use your tools, im around day 120 of stalker and i still have 3 axes between 50 and 70% and 2 wetstones and i havent even explored the entire map yet as im taking my sweet ass tiem. The forge is mostly usefull for arrowheads but even then you can beachcomp and get a bunch that way, i really dont see why you would say that since its absolutely doable without, you probably arent greedy enough.
