Valley View Point may be found to the south of one of the Ice Cave entrances, up the hill on the opposite side of the Hushed River in Hushed River Valley.
Overview
A Hatchet is needed to hack through some Scrub Brush to reach the top. A corpse and a few miscellaneous items may spawn in the area, next to a Campfire.
