[[Stick|Sticks]] respan during blizards, and I believe [[Cedar firewood|cedar]] and [[Fir firewood|fir]] limbs also respawn too.

In addition, you can find all of these plus [[Reclaimed wood]] and [[Cloth]] from [[Beachcombing]], and [[Kerosene]] can be gained from [[Ice Fishing]].

Of course, all you need to make a torch is 2 sticks and an ignition source, because you can simply light a [[Fire]] and pull a torch out (provided there is at least 10 minutes duration remainining).  Thus, it is easy to amass a large number of torches with relatively little effort, even in the late game.
