I have all event badges. You must SAVE GAME after drinking and be sure not to delete the saved game. you have 25 slots for sandboxes, so you have to find a few syrups on your own (hibernia, carter safe, lighthouse, cave with a wolf in destolation, body on the demolished tower at mystery lake, quonset gas station) but syrup will not always be there. It's always in the main locations, you won't find it in the trunk of a car.
