A survival bow can sometimes be found in the high blind in Forlon Muskeg. As for arrows, some can be found (most times one) along with mostly a singular rifle cartrdidge.  Also some arrows can be found in the Mountaneers Hut on the map Timberwolf Mountain.  There is almost always one arrow in the corner near the fireplace.  If not in the corner near the door.  Sadly no bow in the hut.
