As fluffy is no longer in the game, the Hydro dam now makes a good safe house. It has a high ambient temperature, a fenced entryway that allows the player to see wolves long before becoming vulnerable, a large amount of wood and metal that can be salvaged without exposure to weather or wildlife, good ambient lighting in the daytime, a fire barrel, and a workbench. The lack of a bed is the only significant drawback, but bedrolls are so common this is fairly negligable.
