I don't think any Polaroids spawn there. Or the developers have hided it so damn well, that no one has found it yet. Or someone has found it, but haven't infomred about it. But I believe that you can't find them there. Plus, Broken Railroad is pretty small map, and if there was one Polaroids of it, one time of mapping and he whole map of the area is ready! That would be too easy.
