Yes, all wood is renewable and spawns over time, but primarily after Strong Winds or a Blizzard has passed through.

This includes loose Sticks, branches (Stick x3), and both small and large Fir and Cedar limbs. Keep in mind though, that limbs require a Hacksaw or Hatchet/Improvised Hatchet to chop, but loose Sticks and branches do not.
