I don't believe it... I believe the hatchet and knife spawn rate but definitely on levels higher than voyager (if not even that) it's gonna be harder to find. I think pilgrim is a kinda cool mode, but personally I prefer to either use custom mode and turn all the spawns off, or play at a higher difficulty.
