Dysentery is a lethal disease that can be contracted by drinking Water (Unsafe). Drinking Unsafe Water does not immediately guarantee Dysentary due to RNG calculation chance, but generally speaking; the more Unsafe Water you drink, the greater your chance of contracting the disease.

While in effect, Condition will not be restored during Sleep, coupled with approximately 4% Condition loss per hour. The Thirst and Fatigue bars will also rapidly empty, further compounding the loss of Condition once those Needs empty.

  • Treatment includes consuming 2 Antibiotics or a cup of Reishi Tea/Burdock Tea, followed by cumulatively drinking 2.00 L Water (Potable), then followed by 10 cumulative hours of Sleep.
  • The treatment process cannot be done out of order: medicine and water must first be fully consumed before the 10 hours of rest will begin to count towards the healing process. (Make sure medicine and water have 2 check marks next to them before sleeping).
  • After consuming the required medicine, the player will stop losing Condition, but thirst will still deplete rapidly until the sleeping recovery time is completed.
