History
| “ | Donner is a once-in-a-generation criminal. Donner gets out...he will make it his personal mission to find and hurt every living human he can get his hands on...between Blackrock and the Mainland. Just for shits and giggles.{{#if:Jace|}} | ” |
First mentioned by Vachon and Heller, Donner is a prisoner locked in the solitary isolation wing of the Blackrock Penitentiary Prison located on Great Bear Island. Evil to the core, Donner is described as being a chip off the old block and then some compared to his father, Mathis. He is currently serving a life sentence in Blackrock, as there is no "going back to regular society" for a man such as Donner.
Mathis cares deeply for his son and is willing to do anything to free him, going so far to beat the prison Warden Franklin to death to acquire information on how to open Solitary and forcing Will Mackenzie to risk his life in the hostile wilderness in order to acquire old mining detonators to blast open the wing of Donner's cell. Simply hearing Franklin utter Donner's name was also enough to cause Mathis' mood to instantly sour as he begin savagely beating Franklin.
Due to the combined actions of Will Mackenzie and Jace, an explosion destroyed Blackrock Prison and unintentionally freed Donner. He is last mentioned by Heller at the Power Plant to be critically wounded but alive, and needs immediate medical attention.

Donner finally makes an appearance in Episode 5, being heavily wounded and suffering from internal bleeding from the Prison explosion. His father travels to Perseverance Mills with him and forces Astrid Greenwood to find a way to heal Donner by threatening to kill Jane Yang, with the doctor being forced to head to a distant SAR Station to find a Trauma Kit for its advanced First Aid uses.
She eventually retrieves it and heals Donner's external wounds with the kit to the best of her abilities. Astrid tells Mathis that unless she gets better equipment, she won't know how bad the internal damage is to Donner's body. Just before Mathis is about to kill Astrid, Donner then speaks to his father about how he saw the lights and black water in his dreams, before eventually perishing from his wounds.
Trivia
Despite not physically appearing in Episode 4, Donner has his own What I Know page, a feat that not even Vachon nor Heller are privy to.{{#invoke:Navbox|navbox}} ru:Доннер
