Not to be confused with Molly's Barn.
The Pleasant Valley Outbuildings consist of several derelict structures and a barn. They are located approximately five minutes away from the Pleasant Valley Farmstead, if one follows the side road through the hayfield, and about five minutes northwest of the Community Hall in Thomson's Crossing.
Overview
The barn is an important source of supplies and makes for a decent base. It provides a Fire Barrel, a Work Bench, and a Truck that is warm enough to sleep in without a bedroll. However, the overall temperature in the barn is not very warm, so it may be too cold to stay in for players who are wearing poor quality Clothing, unless they light a fire or stay in the truck.
Behind the barn there is also a target with multiple Simple Arrows stuck in it and Broken Arrows lying below it (not there on Interloper).
Two Tractors can be found around the barn. These tractors may contain low-grade supplies similar to those found in most vehicles, and can serve as a place to sleep if the player catches Cabin Fever.
"Forest Talkers" Side Mission
FOREST TALKERS 2 is past the workbench near a metal container on the upper floor of the barn as part of the Forest Talkers (side mission).
