Wow, just came to look up the earwrap (since I found it recently in the Carter Hydro Dam) and I didn't know it was rare. I haven't played TLD all that long (36 hours) and I started a new survival game. Day 2, at the dam, found the earwrap in one of the lockers. True, I haven't found it in any other of my worlds, but it was a surprise to see it was rare. I must have been very lucky.
