There always is a bunker in "Abandoned Prepper Cache" in Pleasant Valley, near the entrance to Timberwolf Mountain.

There always is one bunker somewhere in Mystery Lake, but it's location is randomly determined from half a dozen different places (each with it's own contents). So for example, the Clothing Bunker is always up north near Carter Hydro, but some games that bunker is not chosen.
