There is a Radio in the outside part of the Maintenance Shed, at least on Voyager difficulty... haven't tested it since i'm not having any aurora event, but should work

Condition requirement for lantern oil / jerrycans?
Does the trader have a minimum condition threshold for what sorts of lantern oil or jerrycans he will accept as payment for trades? The trade box does not seem to accept either of these kinds of items if they have low condition (50% seems to be the threshold, will test more as time permits)
