Info needs updated to include the "Hold to fight back" Accessibility option, availa ble in the options menu. No clicking needed, but it does seem to make struggles last a bit longer, with slightly more damage taken by the player. Haven't done any real scientific tests to find and graph values yet, only anecdotal evidence from a few Stalker runs using the option.
