Help! I am playing specificly on the map Coastal Highway and I have recently come across a mountianeering rope, I climbed it and it was attacked to a irregularly cone shaped rock, thereafter I for countless hours tried to find a way up to carry on the slope but I couldn't figure out how to use the mountaineering rope which i took from the rock, I read the wikia. It didn't help :(
