My repair level is 4 and it takes 22 min with sewing kit (36 min with fishingh tackle) and it repairs 57,5%. Repair needs 1 cured rabbit pelt and 1 cured gut.
So without repair bonuses it takes 30 min (with sewing kit) and repairs 50%.
