I can confirm that finding a polaroid in one of the above locations does not mean it will give you a set vista location. I tried over 10 new saves, although I found the same polaroid in the same location the vista alternated locations. 3 out of 5 times it was for mystery lake overlook, the other 2 where for forestry.
