I HAVE been trampled by a Moose in Pilgrim, multiple times 9different saves). Only provoking I did was not getting out of the way fast enough when it lowered it's head to charge. So, yeah, they WILL stomp on you in Pilgrim, because they are not "hostile wildlife", like a bear or wolf. They are "cranky af wildlife", which is not removed in Pilgrim, lol.
