Just crafted one, a bedroll in any state will turn to 100% after crafting. The bed gives +8 warmth at 100% and can be harvested for 10 cloth and 5 down feathers (the bedroll is lost). Probably it requires cloth and down feathers for repairing but I can't see exactly how much of it yet.
