I had broken ribs from a moose that handed my ass to me and before I never used hebal tea because I had hardly ever had low condition before.. I didn't use it until I had about 14 hours of rest until the affliction was healed. Made some tea and when I woke up in the morning the tea had sped up the recovery on something that would've taken two more sleeps.. Will definitely be using it more now lol.
