Yes. Touching a lit Campfire or Live Wires (during an Aurora) gives the "Burns" affliction, dropping you to 75% condition for 30 hours, but also continues dealing Condition damage.

So for example, if one touched a Live Wire at 105% Condition (100% Condition and with the "Well Fed" buff), one would immediately lose 30% condition (dropping from 105% to 75%) and then continue losing condition very rapidly until they died or stopped contact.
