Anyone else noticing that someone taught the bears noclip!?
I remember I shot a bear in Pleasant Valley, it ran off, and I followed the blood trail until it ended on the side of a rock. Didn't think much of it at the time, assumed I just lost the trail, it went off to the side or managed to climb over the rock. But more recently in Mountain Town, shot another bear, and it ran off to the left behind a rock, I tried following it, and noticed that there was no 'behind'. It actually did run into the side of a rock, and probably fell off the map. It was dark, so it's possible I didn't see things correctly, but I doubt it because there was no actual viable path for it to run off to.
