Precarious Causeway is the 1st Modded Region added to the game, as part of The Long Development's unofficial region mods. The region is accessed from Desolation Point via the now mostly fixed Broken Bridge. It connects to both Rocky Thoroughfare to the east and Shattered Marsh to the west (via the Transition Zone Cave Luminous Cavern).
