Not entirely yet! personally, I've found a box of ammo, a rifle cleaning kit, a flare, food, an emergency stim, and some clothes (a dress shirt and a hat). I generally expect they would have most lighter clothing items, flares/shells, loose ammo as well, most food, most medical supplies, and maybe some other surprises!

I have generally found them to have a nice amount of higher-value loot, though I've yet to check anything but Voyager.
