This doesn't sound like it's a way to win, it just seems like a method to waste your time in a really fun game, all so you can have a couple hundred thousand people glance at your username containing the numbers 420 or 69 at the top of a list before carrying on with their lives, just my opinion. Also now I'll be more weary of profiles with high amounts of hours spent in this game, in case they've just been using this tactic to last long, I wouldn't want to accidentally mislabel them as simply being a skilled player. -_-
