Each cup is absolutely packed with 100 scrumptious calories, meaning that a full box of 12 teabags will provide a full 1200 calories, the same as two packets of [[Salty crackers]] or tins of [[Pork and beans]]!

It should be noted, of course, that said 12 bags of tea will require 3 L of water to brew over the course of 2 hours, 24 minutes (3 hours if using a [[Recycled can]]), assuming you have access to 2 cooking slots (a 6-slot stove brings it down to only 26-30 minutes).

BUT, the 12 cups of tea will weigh a mere 1.2 kg, giving them a calorie density of 1000 cal/kg! This is superior to all the animal meats, sodas, [[Pinnacle peaches]] (which also has 300 less calories); and to top it all off, it never decays, a trait shared only with [[Cat tail stalk|cat tail stalks]] and [[Salty crackers]]!
