You need to have the item &amp;quot;quality tools&amp;quot; (small red tool box) or the item &amp;quot;simple tools&amp;quot; (small blue tool box) in your inventory, as well as some scrap metal used to repair it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Just click on the hacksaw and click on the &amp;quot;actions&amp;quot; thing below the big picture on the right, then select repair.&lt;br /&gt;
