I found 2 or 3 during my playthrough, but i don't remember where. I also found them before heading to the community hall for the first time, to make the remaining missions more easy.

I just make sure to search in every building and cave explorable and not explorable, activate all the side missions and finish them and just wander.

Excuse my english, i have never study it, all i know is thanks to subtitled series and video-games
