When I first went in I explore to the left, go down the first tunnel on my left. When I get to a dead end, turn around and go to the next tunnel on my left. If I come to an exit, then turn around and find the next tunnel on my left, tell I have a mental map of the cave.<br /> <br /> If you found the big cavern that you find a corpse, bedroll, and a few other misc things there is a ramp behind the corpse you can follow and it will take you outside to pleasant valley.
