As of the [[The_Long_Dark/Changelog#1.14|newest patch]], the only [[bear]] in story mode is the Old Bear, so it is impossible to obtain the two [[black bear hide|bear hides]] necessary to craft the coat, and thus even if a blueprint existed, you could not use it.</div>
