The church is a possible spawn location for the region and the Graveyard is located across the street.

Overview
According to a note found in the church, the pastor was Father Francis McGill. He was withdrawn by the Archdiocese due to a lack of activity; however, church services and Latin lessons continued over Skype. A Hymnal can be found in the church with the lyrics to the hymn Dies Irae ("Day of Wrath") in both Latin and English.

The church appears to have served as a shelter to someone recently, as there are a few supplies, a makeshift bed, and the remnants of a Campfire on the floor (allowing the player to light a fire indoors), be careful NOT to deconstruct it as you can not replace the campfire.

Although the church can serve as a base with its bed, nearby rabbit grove, and indoor fireplace, the roof has several holes in it, so it isn't a particularly cozy location to live in. Storage is also limited, and wolves may be a minor hazard when coming and going. Milton House (Grey Mother's) just down the road is generally a better base location, with its six-burner stove and abundant storage containers.
Trivia
*"St. Christopher" is a real-world Christian saint, and is the patron saint of traveling and athletics.
*The Graveyard of St. Christopher's Church is the resting place of Lilith "Lilly" Barker, as well as many developer names on tombstones.
*From the number of deaths in 1919, Milton's history as a coal mining town, and it's current state of decline, it is implied there was a major mining accident. Considering Great Bear Island's seismic activity, this was likely a tunnel collapse.
*St. Christopher's Church is a Catholic church.
*St. Christopher's Church was founded after 1911 and closed before The First Flare with it's remaining members moving to online worship sessions instead, due to declining membership from the town of Milton (as detailed in Buffer Memories and Notes). This suggests that Milton was markedly less populous than Thompson's Crossing.
*St Christopher's Church is one of three churches on Great Bear Island; the other two being the Stone Church of Desolation Point, and the Catholic or Episcopal church of Thompson's Crossing.
* Dies Irae is a Latin hymn dating to the 13th century at the latest. It has been used in music, religion, and popular culture for centuries to symbolize death.
