:List of admins is already present at upper menu. I was thinking if it can show the last 3 created or modified forum threads and talk pages, but that is probably not the idea of Community message. Latest major news might be a good idea, as well as links to the ''pages'' with "image upload guidelines", "article template", if such will be made, and similar pages. Might be encouraging to add that these are guidelines.
