If it remains low, you&amp;#039;ll get Hypothermia.|In-game description}}If the player stays out in the freezing cold for too long, and their [[Clothing]] is not sufficiently warm enough to keep their [[Feels Like]] temperature above 0°, their [[Warmth]] [[Needs|Need]] will drop. Once Warmth hits zero and reaches &amp;quot;Freezing&amp;quot;, the Hypothermia Risk will appear. Should a player continue to freeze in this state, they will gain the [[Hypothermia]] affliction after 2 hours.&lt;br /&gt;

==Tips==&lt;br /&gt;
*The treatment for Hypothermia and Hypothermia Risk is keeping Warmth above freezing until the affliction heals. Should the player start freezing while recovering from Hypothermia, the recovery time will reset.&lt;br /&gt;
*The time to recover from Hypothermia is based on the experience mode: 6 hours for Pilgrim, 12 for Voyageur, 18 for Stalker and 24 for Interloper. Remaining recovery time is shown on the Status menu.&lt;br /&gt;
*[[Warming Up|Hot]] food or drinks and [[Campfire|campfires]] can help stay above freezing, even when outdoors.&lt;br /&gt;
*Freezing, even without Hypothermia, is by far the deadliest Need (Freezing: 20% Condition loss per hour (40% with Hypothermia), Thirst: 2% per hour, Hunger/Fatigue 1% per hour).&lt;br /&gt;
