Be aware that the fire duration is limited to 12 hours and you have to add more fuel. Be sure to choose an appropriate place for the campfire in order to avoid windblow. While Hibernia and the Dam have plenty of wood, neither has a spot protected from wind from all angles. Hauling the wood to a nearby cave will give you a protected place to keep your fire burning without the wind stealing 10 hours of burn time and extinguishing your fire.
