The ''"As the Dead Sleep"'' Challenge is difficult but certainly do-able; it is set to Interloper Difficulty, has no time limit, the 5 Graves can be accessed in any order, and all healing except Stims is disabled. This incentivizes reaching all 5 Graves ASAP with minimal backtracking, but 'indefinite' survival is also possible as in a normal Interloper Survival mode save (albeit with finite healing).

'''Please note''': the ''"Secret Path"'' shortcut in Bleak Inlet (which allowed significant time saving by avoiding a Scrub Bush wall, and taking a more direct route to the BI exit cave) has been patched out.

Some tips are:
-light Campfires with a lit Torch whenever possible, to conserve Matches
-pull and extinguish Torches from Campfires until you have several high durability ones, and 'daisy chain' them together to transport fire and stay warmer while traveling
-harvest Rose Hips and Reishi whenever possible en-route for food/water, and drop them on the ground near a lit campfire, to warm them and consume when you're cold to get the "Warming Up" buff
-Stims tend to spawn in very specific places. Sleep can largely be avoided during the challenge by carrying minimal weight, traveling non-stop, performing as few time-passing actions as possible, and using Stims to climb essential Climbing Ropes.
-At least one Climbing Rope is necessary to reach the Grave in the Ravine, it can be found by looting but is most often taken from a pre-existing deployed rope (e.g. after climbing up from MT, and heading into ML).
