Not really, it is only worse then the wolfcoat in warmth/weight as it matchs it in windproof protection, while beating it in mobility cost, protection, and waterproofness. Though realisticly at least the warmth should be higher (4.5-5 degrees warmth) even if it gains a kg of weight to balance it out.
