Replace sleep with coffee and the Hopeless Rescue and Whiteout challenges are a piece of cake.  Also helps a bit with the Hunted Part 1.  Requires a bit of luck, of course.

Easily one of my favorite items.  If only you could replenish your supply with beachcombing or some sort of havestable equivalent.
