Would tell me anyone why if spear consists of maple sapling (0.30 kg) and spear head (0.50) the whole thing weighs 3.75 kg? Moreover, in wintermute we cant dispose of it, as it is quest item :( and it constantly weighs in inventory, which makes going for hunting or fishing or wood harvesting much more troublesome :(

I think the weigh is a bit exagerated, as improvised, non-distant weapon. 1-1.25 kilos would be enough (even if we suppose that 2 saplings will be needed to craft it from zero)
