&lt;div&gt;rifle skill lvl has alot to do with the critical hit chance on a head shot. if you are at lvl1 rifle skill, you will never headshot insta-kill the moose or bear in thier charge state. it will always take 3 shots to bring one down, unless you want to hit it twice and  wait an hour for the bleedout. at higher rifle skill lvls the crit chance and damage both increase making a one shot kill possible.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
